He likes company a lot and he's all smiles and happy unless you cross him, dare to do that and he will get upset at you. He respects hard work a lot and tries to work things out by himself most of the time without having to rely on others. But if he knows he has no other choice, he obviously takes the help and makes sure to repay it later in any way possible. Forgetful, he might promise a lot of stuff but more often than not he forgets about it and then disappoints in many cases. Not a morning person, he has hard time getting up from the bed in the morning. Easy to trick, if he doesn't know you 100%, he will most likely be ready to believe anything you tell him, except for the "aliens abducted me" kind of things.

History:
Peco was born into as the first child and until’ he reached the age of 10, it stayed that way. Then he got a little brother. His mother is a librarian and his father a well managing business man. Though their family wasn’t incredibly rich, they didn’t seem to run out of money that easily either. It made a lot of things easy to get and reach. For most of his childhood he mainly spent in school and hanging out with a few friends he could make. He used to be the tallest in his class until the end of elementary school, his growth stopped and suddenly it was clear he would stay shorter than the other on his class were. And since he was always tripping around because of his bad balance, he ended up getting bullied a lot by the other guys in his class, some of the girls too. But even though he got bullied in middle school a lot, he still had a pair of friends who accepted him the way he was so his life wasn’t just complete hell back then.
But then, after he had gotten out of high school, his parents decided they would move to another city within’ a year. And Peco didn’t want to do that, after all these years he had gotten to spend with those few friends of his and grown attached to the owner of his favorite pizzeria.... he just didn’t want to leave. It was too scary of a thought for him to at the age of 17 to just leave all the good behind and try to suddenly start a completely new life. So as he talked many times about it with his parents, they came to the conclusion that since he was of a alright age by now to move on his own, they made a deal that if Peco could get a job, he would get the help from his parents to stay and live in the house that they had lived in these years. Obviously getting a job wasn’t easy task, but with hard work and maybe with a slice of pity, he managed to gain a place as a delivery boy from the pizzeria he so often used to go to. And that way he also had to start getting used to driving a scooter to deliver the pizzas, that included him being less scared of the bad sense of balance of course.
So he finally had a job, and he didn’t have to move away to another city so all seemed well. His parents moved away with Peco’s little brother, promising to help to pay partly for the young man’s living, at least help with the rent since Peco himself didn’t really want his parents’ money that bad, he preferred to work things out himself now that he was on his own, but he aknowledged also that a delivery boy’s tip wasn’t great enough to actually pay everything, so he rather accepted of the money his father sends him than refuse from it. Until he’d find a better job or a cheaper apartment. And as thanks for the help, he every other month pays a visit to his family, and helps them with anything they need.
He often saw people using ATs and doing tricks during the trips he made with his scooter to deliver the pizzas, and the more he saw of that, the more he began to admire those people. One of his old friends even had those things once, but he never had the guts to ask and try them, so to this day he has only been watching others live that life, dreaming about how great it must feel to be able to ‘fly’ like that. It’s one of the reasons that keeps him happy about going to work, not only the pizzas, but also the fact that every time he gets to deliver something, he might catch a glimpse of those cool people doing their cool tricks again, maybe even catch a photo of them one day.

Relationships:
<Rowen Well...putting it short, he lives with me. I guess we're...very good friends, hm. He's cool to be with, mostly when alone with him, cause... y'know... the more people, the more he seems to explode into having a catfight. Don't mess with him...please.
Misho ...Pff- where do i begin even...He almost got me killed a few times, but taught me important basics about treks and all that, the basics y'kno? He's...Okay let's be honest i highly dislike his height. He could be a little shorter for my sake. A lot shorter... That aside, he's exciting to hang with. Never know what happens next with him....Also just fyi, he tends to get awfully close, so watchout. //WINK WINK
Nadia ......she's hot and short, don't tell her i said that. She might do something i'd rather not experience-we're tight bros-....siste-- ok we're tight that's all you gotta know now leave me alone.
Reve i..he's a kid. I guess he's real fun, but i have hard time sometimes keeping up with him, it's alright though. I can deal with that. I think Rowen is more close with him, i haven't really had the time to get to know him well...maybe that'll change?

Extra:

Due to his bad balance he doesn’t want to get up on any skateboards, skates, rollerblades or ATs, this is the reason he hasn’t gotten himself a pair and never went with that way of life even though he greatly admires riders.

Has a habit of playing a lot with his earlobes cuz of the plugs.
Uses glasses only when he's at home, or when he goes somewhere thinking he'll be back home quickly.
